Terms of sale

These terms apply to purchases made on store-store.

Prices are shown in USD. Shipping costs, any applicable taxes and the total are shown before you pay.

Payment is made online through Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment is received, and a confirmation email is sent to the address you provide.

We ship within the United States, with delivery in 3–5 business days after a processing time of 1 to 2 business days.

If an item arrives damaged or not as described, contact us at storestore@mail.custodianstores.com and we will make it right.

Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.

Refunds go back to the original payment method once the returned item is received and checked.
